Amanda Hausmann

Lucy Bassli is an attorney, the author of The Simple Guide to Legal Innovation and CLM Simplified: Efficient Contracting for Law Departments. In her time as Assistant General Counsel of Legal Operations and Contracting at Microsoft, she redefined how legal work is done and created one of the first managed service engagements with her alma mater’s law firm, Davis Wright Tremaine. Lucy also served as a Deputy General Counsel and first Head of Legal Operations at Snowflake. Her subject matter expertise is commercial contracting.​​

Lucy was tapped to teach the Legal Operations course for Suffolk University Law School’s Legal Innovation & Technology Certificate Program. Lucy is also a strategic advisor for LawGeex, an AI legal start-up that automates contract review.​

Lucy is a highly sought-after legal industry expert who works with corporate legal departments and law firms on legal service delivery, automation, smart risk-taking, and alternative resourcing models.  ​​

Karin Preusse

Amanda is an experienced attorney with a passion for leading organizations through assessing and optimizing their contracting processes generating reduced organizational risk, improved cycle times, increased resource capacity, and access to data to drive business decisions. 

As the former Director of Contract Lifecycle Management and IT Sourcing for a multibillion-dollar academic health system, Amanda brings to InnoLaw Group a wealth of firsthand experience implementing efficient contracting processes, playbooks, templates, software, and policies. Prior to that, her time as an in-house trial attorney for two major insurance companies gives her a unique ability to assess risk, collaborate across all levels of an organization, and resolve problems.  

Amanda thrives at building and sustaining relationships, leading with curiosity, and consistently delivering results.

Jaime Lusadro

Karin is an experienced attorney and CLM advisor, whose successful career has included time with an Am Law 100 firm and in-house at a Fortune Global 500 company. Her roles have been focused on contracting, contracting process efficiency, team leadership and automation. Among her roles, she led a multinational team of lawyers responsible for global supplier contracting.    

  

Karin has extensive knowledge of procurement purchasing processes, which has allowed her to design multiple legal and procurement intake systems throughout her career. She finds simplifying processes and automating workflows to be fulfilling and rewarding projects. 

 

Karin enjoys working cross-functionally as part of a team to create solutions that benefit the business as a whole. 

Project and Program Manager

Jaime is an experienced corporate operations leader and program manager with a breadth of experience in contracts, legal, and marketing operations. While working with AT&T for over a decade, Jaime spent time leading and supporting the enterprise contracting process, compliance, national product and promotion launches, and system integrations. Jaime has also worked with a nonprofit to develop and launch game-like app encouraging public school students to spend more time outdoors.

Comfortable in ambiguous environments, Jaime is a true project management specialist who is passionate about helping organizations achieve greater clarity and efficiency. Jaime’s knowledge and expertise brings clients peace of mind during technical implementation, company-wide process improvements, and department change management.

Jaime also has experience planning and executing projects that ensure organizations are compliant with the most current global privacy laws.
